Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or purchase products. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hi@everlab.ph of any unauthorised use.

Permitted Use

Prices, Payments, and Subscriptions

Prices appear at checkout in the displayed currency. By placing an order, you authorise Everlab (or its payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method. Subscription plans renew automatically at the stated interval until you cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date via account settings or by emailing hi@everlab.ph.

Refunds and Returns

Refund and return eligibility is defined in the product-specific policy provided during purchase. To initiate a request, e-mail hi@everlab.ph with your order number and reason.

Wellness Content - No Medical Advice

All content, including lab dashboards, blog posts, e-mail tips, and AI chatbot responses, is provided “as is” for informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any information obtained through the Services.

Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content are the property of Everlab or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Everlab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if Everlab has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Everlab's total aggregate liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total fees you paid to Everlab in that period.

Termination

Everlab may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, Sections 6 through 9 survive.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts for any dispute arising from or related to the Services.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Services after the revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
