Ltd., trading as “Everlab” (“Everlab,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal data when you visit https://everlab.ph (the “Site”) or use any Everlab mobile or web application (collectively, the “App”). Everlab is incorporated and headquartered in Singapore, and we comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and all other applicable Singapore laws. By accessing the Site or App you consent to the practices described below.
Collection of Information
- Information you provide directly—such as your name, email address, phone number, postal address, payment details, survey responses, health-questionnaire answers, and messages to support.
- Information collected automatically—such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, interaction timestamps, purchase history, and error logs.
- Information received from third parties—such as data from payment processors, delivery partners, analytics providers, advertising networks, or credit-reference agencies.
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in Section 3.

Information provided by our dashboard or AI chatbot is for general wellness purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, nor create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical concerns. Everlab does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site or App after the changes take effect signifies acceptance of the revised policy.
